What are SaltStick FASTCHEWS?
FASTCHEWS feature a scientifically-derived, proprietary high-performance formulation that provides a balanced supply of bioavailable sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. The formulation mirrors the electrolyte profile lost in sweat, in a form and quantity the body can absorb. Its non-GMO ingredients are all natural, gluten-free, vegetarian, and without artificial sweeteners or colours.
Cool. So how can FASTCHEWS benefit me?
FASTCHEWS help reduce muscle cramping, reduce heat stress, boost stamina, and maintain electrolyte levels. It is the ONLY chewable tablet that is formulated to closely resemble the electrolyte profile lost in sweat. FASTCHEWS are also great for youth sports, travel rehydration, tennis and other sports, camping and hiking. FASTCHEWS can also be beneficial for
patients suffering from POTS and cystic fibrosis, and for
mitigating the effects of alcohol.

Choose from Tart Orange and Zesty Lemon-Lime (pictured above) natural flavours, which encourage consumption. Each FASTCHEW contains 10 calories per two-tablet serving, and is made from ingredients that are non-GMO, gluten-free, vegetarian, fat-free. We use natural stevia as a sweetener, and we do not add artificial colours.
How do I incorporate FASTCHEWS into my training?

I’ve never used SaltStick before. What is unique about them?

Not to worry! FASTCHEWS can be used for all sports and activities that may cause a loss of electrolytes or where fluid is consumed. This can include
tennis, football, water sports, rock climbing, hiking, gardening, and walking.
They also can be used to mitigate the effects of too much alcohol. In our experience, proper hydration (with water) and electrolyte intake are key to avoid the dehydrating effects of alcohol that contribute to hangover symptoms. SaltStick FASTCHEWS and SaltStick Caps can be used to help replace the electrolytes lost. We can’t claim that FASTCHEWS will cure hangovers, but you won’t be disappointed!
