It was great except the mango flavor was torn open and that was the one I was exited for

No gut issues

Salt sticks drink mix packs are the best for people who tend to have belly issues. I will drink one after a run especially in the summer when I'm really sweaty after a good run or workout. It has the right amount of sweetness and I get no gut issues at all. I tend to have issues with my gut , these are the best. I also will sometime sprinkle one in my mouth if if forget my SaltStick fast chews. They are an excellent source for electrolyte replacement!
