About DrinkMix
As the newest addition, SaltStick DrinkMix relies on cleanly sourced, buffered ingredients to help minimize heat stress and muscle cramping due to dehydration, without causing stomach discomfort. One serving of DrinkMix contains 430 mg of sodium, as well as a balanced ratio of additional key electrolytes, including potassium, calcium and magnesium – equal to two SaltStick Caps or eight SaltStick FastChews.
